Jamie-Lea Trindall
Jamie-Lea is from Coonamble, starting the role in November 2009. Jamie-Lea was born and raised in Coonamble, after finishing school spent five years in Sydney where she graduated from the College of Fine Arts, University of NSW with a Bachelor of Art Education and a major in Installation/Photography. In 2022 Jamie-Lea was appointed as the Chairperson of the Create NSW Aboriginal Arts and Culture Artform Board.

Polly Cohen
Polly is a Coonamble local through and through. She loves the creative industries and working with artists in our region through the Gallery Shop. She uses her keen eye for detail to take care of the organisations administrative needs and artwork presentation
Gallery and Operations Manager
Mim McKeown
Partnerships and EngagementMim joined Outback Arts in 2025 after transitioning from a career in teaching. A passionate performer and singer, she coordinates the Coonamble Choir and regularly appears on stage with CATS. Deeply connected to her community, Mim spends her time offstage working on her property and keeping up with her sons.
Greg Vaughn
Greg has over 30 years experience in administration and management planning the implementation of efficient office procedures, reporting systems, training of administration and clerical staff, also detailed knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and computerised accounting systems. Greg has provided contract services to Outback Arts since 2006.

Pip’s rural experience spans governance, economic development and corporate communications. A Coonamble local, Pip works across the agriculture, community and the visitor economy sectors with a focus on strategic engagement for resilient stakeholders. Pip brings practical board experience, regional insight and a commitment to keeping the arts visible, valued and accessible across the Outback Arts footprint.

Justine brings more than 20 years’ experience as a chairperson, board member and non-executive director of for-profit, not-for-profit and government organisations. She provides strategic leadership, governance and industry experience, guiding organisations towards success. Currently the CEO of Regional Development Australia Orana and Co Founder of Moorambilla Voices.

Donna holds a substantial career in health and wellbeing with a particular focus on Aboriginal health in regional and rural settings. She has held several roles in executive leadership and holds particular skills in driving transformative change.

Jane brings more than 15 years’ experience as board member and Councillor for the Walgett Shire. Coming from the remote community of Come-by-Chance Jane understands the challenges for community to access services in the region. She provides strategic leadership, governance and community services experience.

TREASURER - WARREN SHIRE COUNCIL - COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE
Ros is embedded in her community through her work at the local newspaper and other voluntary roles. In addition to this, Ros holds a broad range of experience in the entertainment industry, both as a performer and an agent. She has also held a strong career in the banking and finance sector where she held a series of senior leadership roles and gained valuable project management experience.

John brings more than 45 years’ experience as a professional artist, in regional and remote outback NSW. John provides strategic arts business leadership and lived tourism industry experience with his successful Art Gallery in Lightning Ridge and delivering extensive community mural projects across Australia.

Emily Stanton brings extensive experience in regional hospitality, tourism and small business management through her ownership and operation of a successful Hotel and Tourist Park in Nyngan.
