Outback Country Arts Prize

The Outback Country Art Prize, formerly known as the Outback Archies, is back for its 15th year!

Established in 2011, the Outback Country Art Prize provides rural and remote artists with the opportunity to exhibit their work, gain valuable professional development opportunities, and connect with the wider arts community.

This year, we’re excited to introduce three new categories: Legends, Landscapes & Lifelines, open to artists working across all visual art mediums, excluding video and audio works.

Through our long-standing partnerships, the Prize offers not only cash prizes, but also valuable exhibition opportunities with metropolitan gallery partners.
