Congratulations George Williams

George Williams a local Walgett man will be showcasing two of his drone-captured photographs of the Aboriginal Fish Traps in Brewarrina.

We are proud to announce that George has been given the honour of having his work featured on the opening page of a new publication, The Australian Culinary Archive Cookbook by Julie Gibbs and Libby Travers,which will be housed in the new Powerhouse Museum in Parramatta, NSW.

This landmark, 1,000-page volume will explore Australia’s food culture from 1968 to the present day.

Congratulations, George, on this remarkable achievement. We look forward to seeing the book upon its release in late 2026.
