Workshop: Ceramics workshops to be held in Walgett

Commencing 14th June 2012, from 10am to 2pm at the

CDEP Shed/Murdi Paaki centre, Wee Waa Street Walgett

The workshops will give an opportunity for all those people interested in making pottery and having fun.

Activities and facilities include:
- using the roller to make bowls, platters, slab pots
-  wheels to make pots, jugs, vases etc.
- ‘moulds’ available for various decorative and household items that can be created using ‘slip clay
- kiln available to fire the clay pieces and then decorate with glazes so they can be used in the home
