Situated at 5 Barton St in the historical Cobar Town Hall constructed in 1893 (later converted to the Town Hall Cinema) the CEC provide the only alcohol and gaming machine free venue like it in a 300km radius of Cobar. The hall includes a 240 seat cinema and stage, foyer and function rooms. Available for hire for exhibitions, movie/documentary screenings and theatrical performances.
