Supported by partners Western Plains Cultural Centre (Dubbo Regional Gallery),
& Orana Arts, and Outback Arts
Outback Arts continues to work with the Western
Plains Cultural Centre incorporating the Dubbo
Regional Galley, and Orana Arts, on the promotion
and development of the Regional Artist Space.
The Regional Art Space forms a part of a
relationship between Outback Arts and its neighbour
Orana Arts with the Western Plains Cultural Centre
which focuses on education and access to artistic,
cultural and historical material for artists, groups
and individuals. It seeks also to promote the new
gallery and centre as an important piece of cultural
infrastructure and a valuable regional resource.
Outback Arts has actively pursued artistic
development opportunities through This Business
Called Art as well as mentoring opportunities with
gallery staff and artists in the region.
