Some films in the program have won Academy Awards; others have toured extensively throughout the world. If the presenter wishes they can have a small cover charge on the entrance to the festival to generate a return income.

At least three short films will be made within the community in each program. There will be four State of the Art 3-chip Digital Cameras and four industry standard Avid editing systems designed for both educated use and beginners use.
